The nose is subtle, light and slightly earthy - very fresh, showing off the minerality, white florals, stone fruit and subtleties of brioche. The palate starts off closed yet bold which evolves beautifully; balanced by the minerality.

Pale yellow colour with numerous bright green reflections. The wine is ample, fresh, and intense with reminiscent notes of peach, white flowers, almond, fresh hazelnut and cinnamon. The mouth reveals an elegant wine endowered with a good structure.

The Premier Cru Vau de Vey vines cling on to a very steep slope. Located on the left bank of the Serein River and facing East, this terroir gives us rich and delicate wines with a marked minerality.
