Tasting Notes: Pale gold with hints of green, delightfully lively, luminous champagne. The nose has aromas of hedgerow flowers – elderberry, acacia and honeysuckle – and tangy citrus. The palate shows  a lingering freshness with a surprisingly smooth, mellow finish. In the mouth the wine is fresh, tangy and invigorating with a mineral intensity on the finish. 

Tasting Notes: The color is medium salmon with copper highlights. The bouquet displays aromas of ripe strawberry and bright red raspberry,with notes of light spice hinting at Hawaiian pink ginger, Mandarin orange, and honey with a touch of earthiness. On the palate, the wine shows freshly crushed strawberries with citrus and earth notes on the very long, persistent finish.

Tasting Notes: A rare and elegant champagne that celebrates the art of vintage and the excellence of the Perrier-Jouët vineyard. The high dosage has transformed into mature toastiness, while ripe white fruits still give freshness. Medium golden color. Mildly yeasty and toasty in the otherwise white flowers-driven aromas. Palate is refreshing, uplifting, brightly acidic, citrus, well balanced, very very long finish.

Tasting Notes: This wine bursts from the glass with a rich bouquet of peaches, strawberries, warm biscuits, smoky red berries and ginger. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, broad and fleshy, with a generous core of fruit that's tempered by some delicate phenolics and underpinned by ripe acids. This is a charming, nicely balanced Champagne.
