About the Wine

For a deal as big as Texas, look no further.  We have sourced some of the best bottles of wine the Lone Star State has to offer!  This is a special selection of high quality wines made from the finest varietals to grow in Texas.  We have you covered for whatever occasion, from relaxing in the pool, to grilling steaks and burgers with friends and family, to holiday meals and parties, these wines are sure to delight.

Pedernales Viognier: The 2018 Viognier Reserve is a slightly different wine stylistically than previous years.  While it still has the toasted oak notes from partial French Oak fermention, it is overall lighter in body than it has been in previous years.  This vintage we also focused on barrel aging the Reddy Vineyards portion of this blen which highlights some of the more caramel and brown sugar notes that naturally occur in that wine.

Westcave Cellars "Spectrum": An aromatic nose of crushed blackberry, black cherry, baked plum, and cocoa beckons. The palate brings a core of ripe forest berries framed by highly drying tannic edges and macerated herbal notes. The perfect accompaniment to every day dinners. Arche Syrah: Assertive florality, backed up by smoke meats, ripe blackberry with cranberry nuances and rose-inflected cinnamon make a heady aromatic concoction all replicated on the palate. Lively and juicy in the mouth, a glycerin sheen yields a lovely satin-like mouthfeel giving way to a marriage of fine-grained, prickly tannins and brittle, crystalline acidity on the high-toned finish, which features, as it fades, the return of resonant, sweet fruit. Exquisite, subtle use of oak. The fruit really shines.
