Marked by honeysuckle and a hint of vanilla on the nose with elegant mousse. Plentiful in baked fruits: maribelle plum with a slight spice at the mid-palate that gives way to a long candied tropical fruit and brisk mineral finish.
About the Wine

Loyalty to the techniques of artisanal winemaking, Telmont is fiercely devoted to safeguarding and perpetuating the art of champagne. Whether meticulously harvesting, slowly ageing, or hand riddling, a passion for traditional craftsmanship permeates all that they do. With steadfast actions and never comprimising, Telmont stands by their product.

With unconditional respect to the terrior and mother nature, Telmont is dedicated to crafting champagne with minimal intervention in the vineyards. With 5 commitments, they stand out as a grower champagne house. Their 5 core commitments include: preservation of the land and its biodiversity, the generalization of eco-design, acheiving 100% renewable energy, in depth evolution of the entire production chain and beyond, and strenghening transparency and tracibility. Their bio-diversity extends from in the vineyard to their surrounding lands with the planting of native bushes which act as "insect hotels", allowing for healthy populations of beneficials and pollinators.

Each bottle of Telmont Champagne is labeled with a bottle number and a plethora of information. Everything you would need to know about the harvest, dosage and more is right on the bottle. Since their ancestral roots starting in 1912, riddling and disgorgement have always both been done manualy, unlike many modern houses that have become fully mechanized.

Réserve Brut is the result of a subtle marriage of three grape varieties, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay. It is a blend of seven distinct years, together beautifully balanced, a perfect harmony of richness, fruitiness and freshness. A genuine expression of terroir, a tribute to the excellence and singularity of each year’s harvest. Once blended with a minimum 40% reserve wine it undergoes cellar aging extended to 36 months. This batch was harvested and vinified in 2017 and disgorged in 2021.

Tasting Notes: Marked by honeysuckle and a hint of vanilla on the nose with elegant mousse. Plentiful in baked fruits: maribelle plum with a slight spice at the mid-palate that gives way to a long candied tropical fruit and brisk mineral finish.
