Light ruby color, violet, strawberries, raspberries, brambles. Dry, med + acid, med - tannin, juicy flavours of raspberry and strawberry, with green pepper, and cooked cherry. Fruity, intense, interesting wine.
About the Wine
Crunchy but not too green, bright acid but enough fruit to sink your teeth into, dark red and black fruits that demand food. Classic, and clean. Easy-drinking enough to accompany you on a picnic. If not on the Loire outside of château, at least in a meadow.
